Terms of service.
These draft terms define the intended public-site and case-coordination boundaries. They are not approved for production until mandatory legal particulars and counsel approval are complete.
Insert and verify the registered address, registration number, governing law, dispute terms, effective date, service jurisdictions, refund terms, and approved contracting entities before removing the noindex directive.
Operator and acceptance
The intended operator is Pharma Via Rx Ltda. By using the public website or an approved service channel, a user agrees to the final published terms. The precise contracting entity and legal particulars must be confirmed before launch.
Service boundary
PharmaViaRx provides patient-specific case intake, information coordination, sourcing and quality review coordination, logistics support, and general customer support within an approved scope. It does not diagnose, prescribe, provide emergency care, replace a treating clinician, guarantee a clinical outcome, guarantee product availability or savings, or guarantee government admission or delivery.
Eligibility and review
Opening an account or case does not establish eligibility. Requests may require identity, address, prescription, treating-clinician, personal-use, continuity, product, and jurisdictional evidence through an approved secure channel. PharmaViaRx may request more information, pause, decline, or close a case within the final approved terms.
Personal importation and government authority
Importing prescription medicines into the United States is illegal in most circumstances. FDA personnel may consider enforcement discretion in narrow situations based on the facts and evidence. FDA, CBP, DEA where applicable, and other authorities retain final authority over inspection, detention, release, refusal, return, or destruction.
Products, quotes, and payment
Public category information is educational and is not an offer, recommendation, inventory statement, price, or guarantee. Any quote is conditional on the reviewed case and final terms. Payment collection must use an approved payment channel; public email and chat are not payment channels.
Fulfillment and delivery
Source, carrier, route, timing, customs processing, cold-chain performance, and delivery are conditional. Final terms must define title, risk, cancellation, refund, return, damage, delay, customs refusal, temperature excursion, recall, and complaint handling.
User responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, use only approved channels, protect account credentials, maintain the treating-clinician relationship, review instructions, and promptly report suspected errors, damage, tampering, delays, or temperature concerns. Accounts and cases may not be used for resale or commercial distribution.
Records and communications
Users consent to approved electronic communications in the final terms. The status of LiveAgent tickets as official or regulated records must be defined before launch. Regulated evidence and decisions must remain in approved systems with appropriate access, attribution, retention, and audit controls.
