Cookie choices

Optional support technology stays optional.

The public site is designed to work without analytics, advertising, or LiveAgent chat. Chat loads only after an affirmative preference and approved production configuration.

Current public site

The current static site does not intentionally use analytics, advertising pixels, personalization, or retargeting cookies. It does not load LiveAgent while the production integration remains disabled.

Support preference

When LiveAgent is enabled, the site will ask before loading optional chat. A local browser preference may record “accepted” or “declined” so the site can honor the choice. The final policy must list the exact LiveAgent cookies, storage technologies, purposes, providers, and durations.

Necessary technology

Hosting and security infrastructure may use strictly necessary network or security mechanisms. These must be verified with the hosting provider and documented before launch.

Changing a preference

The production release must provide a persistent “Cookie settings” control that clears or changes the stored chat preference and triggers any required vendor withdrawal behavior. Clearing browser site data will also remove the local preference.

No sensitive information in chat

Cookie consent does not make chat an approved clinical channel. Do not share prescriptions, diagnoses, identity documents, payment details, or regulated evidence through general chat.

Review status

This page remains noindex until the final cookie inventory, legal basis, consent behavior, provider list, durations, and withdrawal process are approved.
