PharmaViaRx is committed to making public information and support pathways usable by people with diverse abilities and technologies.
Our approach
The site uses semantic headings, keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus, text alternatives for meaningful images, reduced-motion support, responsive layouts, readable contrast, and real HTML links and controls.
Current target
The implementation is intended to align with WCAG 2.2 Level AA where applicable. Formal audit, assistive-technology testing, content review, and issue remediation are required before production launch.
Known integration dependency
The LiveAgent portal, Knowledge Base, consent experience, and chat must be assessed separately for keyboard use, focus management, labels, contrast, zoom, reflow, errors, timeout behavior, and screen-reader support before activation.

What to include
Describe the page or feature, the barrier, the device or assistive technology if you choose, and a preferred way to receive a response. A verified response-time commitment and phone channel must be added before launch.
